Legacy Care Home Health provides an array of home health services to pediatric patients including:

Nursing

Legacy Care Home Health nurses bridge the gap between hospital and home. Our professional team of RNs and LPNs/LVNs is trained on the latest ventilators, CPAP, suction equipment, oxygen equipment, airway-clearance systems, and more. Our team delivers superior pediatric and neonatal nursing focused on your child’s well-being in your home. Legacy Care will schedule visits around your life to fit your schedule. Visits can last anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours depending on the needs of the child or young adult. We also provide private duty nursing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for patients in need of such services.

Therapy

Our occupational, physical, and speech therapists work alongside our dedicated nurses to provide a circle of compassionate care designed to help children participate in family activities, increase their independence, and move more freely within their homes and communities. Family education is an essential component of our therapy program.

Special Care

Our Special Care teammates offer respite for families by providing non-medical pediatric home care services and assistance with many daily tasks, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and exercise. By assisting with these essential tasks, they are helping the children in our care to grow and flourish to their full potential. Respite and adjunct services are delivered in hourly shifts.
